Are you eager to help lead your discipline, serve as an expert of your craft and have a global impact? We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Senior Marketing Manager to join our new AAA team, Uncapped Games. The ideal candidate will help drive the go to market strategy and execution at a global scale, for an all-new and original IP - serving as a paradigm shift for the RTS genre. This position is for passionate experts of their craft, who love defining the roadmap for a successful game launch, support activity and positioning a product for success throughout its live operations

What you'll get to do:
• Drive the publishing roadmap of brand asset development, event support, influencer agency management & coordinate with other disciplines to own the go to market launch and ongoing operations for a new IP
• Work with agencies refine the look & feel of the IP's representation for marketing materials and brand partnerships with a global impact
• Develop the cadence of ongoing asset support to evangelize a vibrant live operations title with opportunities that broaden the appeal for the RTS genre to newcomers and experienced players alike
• Evangelize a new IP's partnership program providing effective win-win relationships that elevate the brand and serve to execute a strong go to market strategy
• Support event logistics for IP representation, gameplay demonstrations and marketing opportunities throughout the game life cycle
Requirements:
What we are looking for:
• Experience shipping multiple AAA games and owning the product life cycle cadence from inception, to launch and ongoing live operations
• Proven track record of successful asset development and brand elevation programs that had an impact of both raising awareness and providing ROI driven campaigns
• Deep understanding of brand principal execution and turning concepts into realistic programs that have action-oriented onboarding results
Pluses:
• Experience in the RTS, strategy or MOBA genre

The base pay range for this position in the state(s) above is $88,800 to $204,600 per year. Actual pay is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A sign on payment, relocation package, and restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, as well as other medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the specific position offered.
