Part-time position with a minimum monthly amount. This role will be pivotal in ensuring that the company stays on track to achieve its goals by supporting company programs and management with a variety of daily accounting and bookkeeping tasks. Communication across multidisciplinary teams is important. You will ensure that planning and processes are followed so the company can operate effectively as it continues to grow.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 2+ years of bookkeeping experience using Unanet.
- Must be proficient with Unanet.
- Must be able to support at least 5 hours of work per week.
- Salary commensurate with experience in Unanet.
- Weekly timekeeping responsibilities.
- Highly organized with a strong attention to details.
- Strong analytical skills with a proven business acumen.
- Experience interacting with external bookkeepers and accountants.
- Manage all functions relating to accounts payable and accounts receivables.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with QuickBooks Online (QBO) and an ERP such as Unanet, Acumatica, or NetSuite
