General Purpose
AC-CCSWB’s UI/UX Designer will primarily focus on enhancing customer and consumer engagement on our digital B2B and Direct to Consumer platforms. This role will drive creative, intuitive, and visually appealing user interfaces while optimizing user experience to drive growth and customer satisfaction.
Duties and Responsibilities
- User Interface Design: Design visually engaging and user-friendly interfaces for our B2B and DTC digital platforms that align with AC & KO brand identities and target audiences.
- User Experience Enhancement: Work closely with Marketing and Commercial Capabilities team to improve overall user experience by creating intuitive navigation flows, wireframes, prototypes, and communication between B2B and SFA platforms.
- Customer Engagement: Develop engaging and interactive features, such as product recommendations, personalized storefronts and experiences, and interactive content, to increase customer and consumer engagement.
- Responsive Designs: Ensure that all digital interfaces are response and provide a consistent experience across various devices and screen sizes.
- Usability Testing: Conduct usability testing and gather user feedback to iterate and refine designs, continuously improving overall user experience.
- KPI Optimization: Establish objectives for key indicators such as Net Promoter Score/Customer Love Score and drive activities to improve KPIs.
- Digital Execution: oversee digital execution and shelf strategy collaborating with customer teams and NAOU ensuring product execution improvements in the Online Grocery and Aggregators space. Enable the CCSWB 4-pillar execution model: availability, visibility, execution, and bundles.
- Integrated User Journeys: directs user experience alignment between online stores, marketing initiatives, and master brand strategy.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, User Experience Design, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma and Sketch as well as expertise in Salesforce B2B Commerce tools. Certifications in relevant courses are a plus.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce Commerce and Marketing Cloud technologies. Certifications in relevant courses are a plus.
- Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, responsive web design, and Salesforce B2B Commerce capabilities.
- Experience with usability testing and user research methodologies within the Salesforce environment.
- Creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail, especially within the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Marketing experience in the CPG industry is preferred.
