Job Description

The CreditServe Senior UI/UX Designer is passionate about resolving user pain points through great design. Our ideal candidate has extensive experience in using UX design best practices to design solutions and a deep understanding of mobile-first and responsive UI design. Your expertise will be essential in identifying design problems and devising elegant solutions. We are looking for a creative driver to ask smart questions, take risks, and champion new ideas.

Core Responsibilities

• Collaborating with our product and marketing team to ensure the creation and delivery of tailored experiences for our digital users.
• Providing advice and guidance on the implementation of UX research methodologies and testing activities to analyze and predict user behavior.
• Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences that are optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces.
• Designing UI elements and tools such as navigation menus, page layouts, search boxes, tabs, and widgets for our digital assets.
• Testing UI elements such as CTAs, banners, page layouts, page designs, page flows, and target links for landing pages.
• Conduct usability testing to gather insights and iterate on designs accordingly.
• Adhere to brand guidelines and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless integration of design concepts.
• Create and maintain design documentation, including storyboards and UI style guides.
• Stay informed about industry trends and incorporate best practices into design processes.
• Works to understand the competitive landscape and how competitors are driving their business.
• Stays up to speed on emerging platforms, online trends, and technologies.
• Bring passion and enthusiasm (and a little fun!) to work every day.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Extensive experience in using UX design best practices to design solutions, and a deep understanding of mobile-first and responsive design.
• A solid grasp of user-centered design (UCD), planning and conducting user research, user testing, A/B testing, rapid prototyping, usability and accessibility concerns (ADA).
• Ability to iterate designs and solutions efficiently and intelligently.
• Be passionate about resolving user pain points through great design.
• Portfolio of design project
• Strong communication skills with a collaborative approach, great at building relationships.
• Strong time management skills
• Working knowledge of the following technologies and software: Sketch, InVision, Visio, Figma, HTML, CSS (SCSS), iOS, Android, Design Systems, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Able to act while balancing multiple tasks and happy to be hands-on.
• Financial or fintech experience a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $110,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
