Ui/Ux Designer

We are looking for a passionate UI/UX Designer to craft intuitive and visually compelling user experiences for our web and mobile applications. You should be able to understand our business requirements and any technical limitations, as well as be responsible for conceiving and conducting user research, interviews, and surveys, and translating them into user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver UI/UX design solutions for various platforms including mobile, web, and other devices.
• Develop high-level and/or detailed storyboards, mockups, and prototypes to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
• Designing features and applications based on user experience data and making design judgements in a technologically driven manner.
• Communicating with clients to understand their needs and specifications.
• Maintaining a customer-centered attitude.
• Researching, conceptualizing, designing, and prototyping new user experiences based on product requirements.
• Evaluate and set best practices and standards.
• Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to iterate on design solutions.
• Delivering projects on time and participating in daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning meetings, sprint review meetings, and sprint retrospective meetings.
• Collaborate with the development team to ensure design vision and user experience are achieved, ensuring effective user-centered design processes are consistently followed.
• Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies.
• Designing UI elements and tools such as navigation menus, search boxes, tabs, and widgets for our digital assets.
• Communicate design process, ideas, and solutions to teams and stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or a relevant field.
• 1-3 years of proven UI/UX design experience with a strong portfolio.
• Proficient in visual design software such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar tools.
• Experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and sitemap.
• Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, Material UI and JavaScript for rapid prototyping.
• Ability to design and implement user interfaces using React or Angular's component-based architecture.
• Experience in designing and developing themes and custom solutions in WordPress.
• A clear understanding of the importance of user-centered design and design thinking.
• Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.
• Experience in working with agile methodologies such as Scrum to deliver web projects iteratively and incrementally.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with clients and team members effectively.
• A collaborative mindset, with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects to critical timelines.
• Experience in using UX design best practices to design solutions and a deep understanding of mobile-first and responsive design.

Nice-to-have experience:

• Experience in animation, video editing, or 3D modeling.
• Experience with user testing and research tools.
• Familiarity with interaction design and information architecture.
• Knowledge of web development using React, Angular, WordPress.
