undergoing a significant I.T. agile transformation. The User Experience
practice will support this effort and provide a data-driven approach to designing
elegant websites and apps that are easy to use. We are looking for an
experienced UX/UI Designer with a passion for human-computer interaction to
join our team. The UX/UI Designer will work directly with the enterprise web and
mobile applications teams responsible for creating digital platforms that
interface with over 5 million unique daily users.
Responsibilities:
Define user personas that represent end-to-end user stratification and
segmentation.
Conduct design audits focused on user experience and end-user accessibility across
websites and mobile applications.
Create comparative wireframes (basic annotated to interactive high definition)
based on user research needs.
Produce storyboards, site maps, screen flows, and rapid prototype designs using
UX/UI industry-standard tools.
Create critical design elements focused on layout, typography, and semiotics.
Partner with fellow UX Researchers and stakeholders from different lines of
business to provide context to data that substantiates challenges and end-user pain
points.
Education and Experience:
Degree in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Information Design, Computer
Science, Information Science, Fine Arts, Visual Design, Graphic Design, or other
Design related fields is required.
3+ years of experience as an individual contributor responsible for designing
websites and mobile applications are required.
Certifications in User Interface or User Experience Design are preferred.
Strong fundamentals in typography, graphic design, and semiotics are required.
Experience providing prototype designs for A/B testing and other user focus group
exercises is required.
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and react native is highly desired.
Proven experience utilizing different forms of design thinking models.
A portfolio of work showcasing your process and finished work in creating designs is
required.

Pay: $36.00 - $95.00 per hour
