serve as a primary point of contact for all UBS arena requests from Financial Advisors, Field leaders, and employees with a high-level of responsiveness and appropriate level of discretion and professionalism
facilitate seamless communication via email, phone, and in-person to develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders
execute onsite support, ensuring high-quality and high-impact experiences for all attendees
assist with budget planning and tracking, execute attendee management and compile business related reporting post-event to track and measure impact
execute relevant due diligence and compliance checks when dealing with sensitive client information
collaborate within the UBS network to maximize opportunities for senior management, clients, prospects, and financial advisors to strengthen current/future relationships and grow business
show eagerness to learn and invest in personal and professional development, maintain a "can-do" attitude and willingness to assist with all elements of an event life cycle
possess a basic understanding of UBS goals & objectives to effectively serve as a 'host' when interacting with guests, implement strategies to enhance our global visibility and recognition, all while ensuring a positive association with the UBS brand
