own key strategic B2B relationships and meet with clients regularly to establish and deepen senior level relationships with executives responsible for workplace services in areas such as Global Rewards, Human Resources, Benefits, Treasury, and Finance
determine client segmentation and experience for Financial Wellness clients
develop client experience treatment streams based on segment; including who delivers which interaction via phone, digital/email, in-person, regular mail and video conference
be responsible for corporate client satisfaction, retention, and driving organic growth
