Oral Surgery Receptionist, Full Time

Dr. Hildebrand is looking to add an experienced receptionist to the team! Our practice is a high end, reputable, oral surgery office, that is committed to providing convenient, quality care that is cost effective for our patients. Our team is well trained, compassionate and efficient.

The ideal candidate is someone that loves working with patients to achieve their smile goals with knowledge in insurance verification, treatment planning and financial arrangements.

Duties:
Checking in and out patients

Treatment presentation

Scheduling appointments

Insurance verification

Medical & Dental billing

Requirements
Previous dental experience
Insurance verification experience

Experience with WinOms preferred, but will train the right candidate
Oral surgery experience a plus!

Full-time schedule Monday-Friday (days may vary) 8:00am - 4:30pm
