Responsibilities for the New Patient Coordinator position include, but are not limited to:
- Perform in-depth new patient consultations.
- Take comprehensive imaging (intraoral scans, photos, and x-rays)
- The New Patient Coordinator will brief doctor on patient status and information.
- Educate Patient on general oral health and various orthodontic and sleep appliances.
- The New Patient Coordinator will discuss finances and create the new patient’s financial plan.
- Follow up with current and potential patients.
- The New Patient Coordinator will manage, edit, and send doctor’s correspondence with referring offices.
- The New Patient Coordinator will manage professional relations and marketing, both digital and in office
- The New Patient Coordinator will share patient care responsibilities, answering phones, email and text communications, scheduling & greeting patients.
Experience:
- 5+ years of dental/orthodontic Treatment Coordinator experience OR 5+ years or sales experience. Must have 10 years of career experience in management level marketing, customer service, human resources, or sales in a parallel role with similar pay.
- Impeccable writing skills, and ability to proof/edit doctor’s correspondence.
- Positive, infectious personality with extrovert tendencies and be able to quickly earn the confidence and trust of staff members and patients.
- Clean background checks
Full and part time, $30.00 an hour plus bonuses based on growth.
