Scheduling/Treatment Coordinator

We are looking for an enthusiastic and hardworking individual to help run the front lines of our office. Our everyday schedule is fast-paced and filled with exciting challenges. We are looking to hire an experience dental Scheduling/Treatment Coordinator whom is truly wonderful communicating with patients, planning treatments for acceptance, managing finances, and coordinating schedules for our patients.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Dentrix experience is preferred but willing to train
• Dental Office experience preferred, but willing to train
• Dedication to providing patients with a comfortable, welcoming and efficient experience
• Capacity to learn quickly and to apply knowledge
• Flexibility to adapt to rapidly changing priorities and an openness to assist wherever needed
• Motivation to help our team succeed and to build a 5 star patient experience
• Top notch computer skills

General Description:
Schedule appointments.

Advise and educate patients on recommended treatment plans. This includes ensuring the patient understands their treatment plan, the benefits of treatment, insurance benefits, assisting with financial arrangements, and coordination of future appointments. Ability to generate insurance benefits breakdown.

The right candidate must be personable, able to follow directions, be accurate, and self-motivated. We are looking for someone who has a positive/genuine attitude.
