Title: Treasury Management Training & Implementation Specialist

Reports to: SVP Treasury Management

Summary:

Manage & administer the day-to-day online banking systems including but not limited to Online Access, ACH services, Remote Deposit Capture, Positive Pay, Wire Transfer Service, and Bill Pay.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

1. Provide timely technical support and product training and installation to customers using any of WBN's Electronic Banking Products via onsite or phone.
2. First point of contact for all business clients who are having questions or issues with online banking. Resolve these issues independently or escalate the issue as appropriate.
3. Understand the intricacies of product set ups and maintain strict security measures. Build, manage and maintain the client and user credentials based upon authorization documentation from client. Implement the proper security parameters for each client and user to ensure proper security access is in place.
4. Monitor daily outgoing ACH files to ensure that files are processed accurately.
5. Coordinate the onboarding process for Treasury Management clients as new products and services are sold. This includes account openings, establishing new services on our system, preparation of agreements, mapping positive pay files, installation of remote capture scanners at customer locations and all implementation documentation for new and existing clients.
6. Assist with the implementation of system conversions, new product enhancements or changes to our services that may be required by our processor.
7. Make sales calls in conjunction with bank officers for fact finding and sales opportunities.
8. Research complex issues and related problems as it relates to electronic services or transactions and communicates findings/resolutions to management and internal customers.
9. Prepare yearly audit reports for credit risk exposure products including Remote Deposit and ACH for management review. This includes maintaining Risk Assessments for each of these products.
10. Responsible for establishing and maintaining positive, timely and excellent customer relations with our clients.
11. Handle all ICS deposit/withdrawal requests utilizing the Promontory Network web portal.
12. Other duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications:

• High School Diploma and/or College Degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years Banking Experience, Treasury Management experience preferred.
• 3 - 5 years prior ACH/Electronic Banking experience preferred.
• Accredited ACH Professional (AAP) certification preferred.
• Advanced skills in MS Excel and other MS Office products necessary.
• Strong Technical Skills.
• Knowledge of financial institution products & procedures.
• A strong sales ability, strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to prioritize and make independent decisions.
• Ability to work in a team atmosphere and be able to interact and communicate with individuals at all levels.
• Excellent Problem-Solving Skills.
