Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of public accounting or industry experience in accounting, treasury, or related functions.
- Experience with GAAP accounting principles related to Investments (ASC320), Fair Value (ASC820), etc.
- Experience with data analysis tools (i.e., SQL, Python).
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience of GAAP accounting principles related to Consolidations (ASC810), Credit Losses (ASC326) and Foreign Currency Matters (ASC830), as well as alternative investments.
- Proficient in data analysis tools (i.e., SQL, Python, Scripting).
- Ability to learn quickly on the job to execute tasks in a fast paced environment with attention to detail.

As the Treasury Accounting Analyst, you will be responsible for accounting and reporting investment activities. In this role, you will be part of a team of treasury accountants that works both collectively and independently to maintain and execute operational excellence in monthly and quarterly close related activities, maintain adequate internal control framework as we scale, identification and execution on improvement opportunities.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $142,000-$211,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Responsibilities
- Participate in monthly and quarterly close related activities including debt security investments (AFS), Fair Value, CECL, FX remeasurement and translation, equity security, equity method, and structured investments; this includes the associated internal management and external financial reporting processes.
- Participate in strategic investment initiatives, including technical accounting research and analysis, drafting adoption memo and documenting accounting conclusions, while solutioning operational accounting and reporting considerations to ensure treasury controllership objectives are met.
- Support compliance of Internal Controls over Financial Reporting (ICFR) program and Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) requirements, particularly for manual controls, systems controls and information produced by entity (IPE) for the Treasury Accounting team.
- Lead in special projects and initiatives, planning and execution from time to time focusing on treasury related activities.
