The treasury team is responsible for leading all aspects of Antares' liquidity. This includes cash management, payment processing, cash forecasting & modeling, and management of debt facilities for both on and off-balance sheet financing structures. The Assistant Vice President will primarily serve as a lead contributor to the treasury team in helping manage the day-to-day cash operations, management of credit facilities and support the firm's hedging program and business development companies ("BDCs").
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Help lead the daily cash positioning for multiple Asset Management and balance sheet clients through monitoring cash activity across multiple bank accounts, making cash/debt recommendations, and preparing debt notices
- Build and manage cash flow forecasts and compliance models for CLO's and other structured facilities to use for monitoring current and pro-forma compliance, pre/post-trade compliance, monthly reporting reconciliation, and portfolio optimization.
- Prepare medium term liquidity forecasts to optimize portfolio cash/debt balances.
- Help support the rollout and management of BDC's and other financial products
- Assist in managing the firms hedging program
- Manage multiple structured facilities with a thorough understanding of the Credit Agreements, Indentures and related documentation.
- Working jointly with Structured Products, Operations, Risk, and Asset Management teams, the Assistant Vice President will establish compliance monitoring tools to maintain compliance with all credit facility covenants and measures as well as compliance reporting on Antares Credit Facilities.
- Act as change management ambassador for system enhancements/implementations.
- Update and/or create Treasury Policies for all Antares entities, including communication, enforcement, and ongoing updates.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong treasury and structured product knowledge and experience with cash management, BDC's and hedging preferred
- Minimum of 7 to 10 years of experience in Treasury, Finance, Securitization, or Structured Products related roles; Experience in Financial Services strongly preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, advanced Excel/Modeling skills
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or other relevant subject area.
- Strong desire to learn, be self-motivated, proactive, well organized, and resourceful, with the ability to multi-task in a multifaceted environment.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a changing environment with a high level of flexibility.
- Positive "can-do" approach to responsibilities and work collaboratively with others.
