Reservation Specialists are responsible for selling, arranging, and facilitating travel arrangements for AAA Members/clientele purchasing commodity travel products and making reservations for domestic and international destinations. Working as a member of the AAA One Team, the Specialist provides remarkable experiences and service to AAA’s members/clients, ensuring total satisfaction as reflected on Total Satisfaction survey scores. This is a hybrid position with both remote and in person work hours.
The ideal candidate possesses:
- In-depth knowledge of geography
- Proven success in a sales environment
- Good communication skills in person, writing, and over the phone
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
- Exceptional computer skills - accuracy is vital to this position
- Good multi-tasking ability and time management
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to plan and participate in AAA promotional events
- Occasional flexibility outside of normal working hours
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screen
