Scheduling Associate / Crash Proof Retirement

Job Responsibilities:

The duties and responsibilities of this positions include but are not limited to:

• Greets clients both in office and over the phone &/or via video
• Answering multi line phone system, emails, schedules and confirms appointments, and inputs customer data into company systems.
• Organizes workflow and appointments by reading and routing correspondence, collecting client information, and managing assignments.
• Manages schedule by maintaining calendars for personnel and arranging meetings, conferences, teleconferences, Educational Events, trainings, and travel.
• Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential & secure.
• Provides historical reference by utilizing filing and retrieval systems.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Inventory of office supplies
• Filing, making copies, and faxing as required

This position will have direct Client contact. Professionalism and polished appearance will be mandated at all times. Must have the ability to multi-task, in a fast-paced environment, able to work with all levels of management, take direction well and learn quickly.

Working Hours:

This will be a full-time position, onsite position, at our Headquarter Office location in King of Prussia, PA.

Hours will be 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday through Friday with a monthly Saturday rotation shift of approximately 5 Hours (subject to change pending on the needs of the business).

Offsite client events may be required 1 to 2x per month in addition.

This office is closed on Sundays & select holidays.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
