SalarySeven Valleys, PA Site is seeking a Production Scheduler, 1st shift, $20 hr, with the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in our fast paced, dynamic environment. Interview required.

Duties:
Review and maintain production status of customer orders and materials for those orders.
Collaborate with production team leaders, materials group, and purchasing to determine progress of work and completion dates then providing sales with dates of completion.
Expedite customer orders and materials for those orders.
Maintain customer shipping schedules for production, inspection and shipping.
Maintain web-based status of customer orders.
Maintain records of order re-schedules from customers.
Creating spreadsheets, letters, forms and other documents
Completing special assignments and projects
One to two years of related experience and/or training in manufacturing; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Must have the ability to communicate appropriately with different levels of employees, from production employees to the President.
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to work as part of a team
Ability to communicate technical data clearly (both in writing and verbally)
Highly organized, detail oriented and able to prioritize work
Pay Details: $20.00 per hour
