We are a local, family owned asphalt paving company that has been in business for over 35 years.
Primary duties include the following:
- Coordinating with customers to schedule jobs on a daily/weekly basis
-Scheduling crews to complete daily work
-Answering customer phone calls and providing feedback to managmenet
-Calling previous customers to encourage repeat business
Skills:
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills for interacting with colleagues, clients, and vendors
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Familiarity with office equipment such as printers, scanners, and fax machines
This position requires a high level of professionalism and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will have strong administrative skills along with excellent communication and organizational abilities.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $10.00 - $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No nights
- No weekends
