Responsibilities
- Ensures employees are trained in Lightspeed.
- Leads and manages the entire Hotel
- Motivates and leads all employees
- Ensures smooth, efficient and professional operation of all front office operations and Rooms Division.
- Ensures all capital projects are completed on time and under budget
- Responsible for property guest service score and financials
- Owns any guest requests and problems and satisfies their needs within acceptable guidelines.
- Leads by example: Provides a gracious and aggressive hospitality towards all customers
- 2 Years As AGM or GM
- Must know Lightspeed PMS.
