```Duties```
- Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily hotel operations and ensuring compliance with company standards
- Provide excellent guest services, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise
- Manage front desk operations, including check-in/check-out procedures, reservations, and guest inquiries
- Support revenue management efforts by monitoring occupancy rates, pricing strategies, and promotional activities
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure efficient communication and coordination
- Assist in training and supervising hotel staff, ensuring high levels of professionalism and customer service
- Maintain a clean and welcoming environment throughout the hotel
- Handle any escalated guest complaints or emergencies in a timely and effective manner
```Requirements```
- Previous experience in hospitality management or a related field
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in front desk operations and guest services
- Multilingual abilities are highly desirable
- Knowledge of revenue management principles and strategies
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
