What to Expect
As part of the Bay Area Workplace team, the Transportation Support Supervisor oversees the daily function of Tesla’s Transportation Customer Service and Command Center located at the Fremont Factory. The Support Supervisor will ensure the Commute Help Center is operating efficiently by ensuring employees questions are answered and feedback is properly received. The role will focus on enhancing the parking and commuting employee experience by providing employees with excellent customer service.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead Manage, and motivate staff by ensuring customer service is top priority
  • Lead operation training, staff scheduling, and performance evaluations
  • Manage the transportation ticketing system by ensuring employees questions and feedback are addressed promptly
  • Provide employees with commute assistance by sharing and educating employees about all the commuting benefits Tesla offers
  • Work closely with program suppliers ensuring any program changes are solved for
  • Provide a level of service delivery that meets or exceeds customer expectations by maintaining vigilant review of employee feedback and vendor performance
  • Track, monitor, and identify areas of program improvements based on employee feedback and program trends


What You’ll Bring
  • 3+ years of relevant work experience with public or private transportation systems
  • Ability to work in a team environment and operate as a Change Agent

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to present in a formal setting
  • Understanding of business principles and experience working effectively across functional lines
  • Evidence of exceptional ability
  • Highly proficient in Excel, Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience in PowerBI, and Adobe Creative Suite software a plus

Expected Compensation

$88,000 - $198,000/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
