Job Description
- Build and lead team of Event Support Vehicle Technicians based at Headquarters who will travel up to 20% of their time to support Marketing, Brand & Sales teams.
- Support new vehicle launches and Headquarters events.
- Become an embedded part of Prototype Build, becoming a technical expert in Lucid vehicles.
- Diagnose, maintain, and repair Lucid Motors vehicles while traveling and on-site at HQ.
- Collaborate with Internal stake holders to further Lucid vehicle development.
- A capacity to creatively solve problems and think quickly in busy customer-facing environments.
- Direct customer interaction and supporting Marketing & Sales events as needed.
- Flexible work availability and ability to travel as needed to support Sales & Marketing efforts (up to 20% at times).
- Exceptional ability to interface and collaborate with individuals, groups, and vendors.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent (Required).
- Automotive service experience including understanding various KPI’s i.e. Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI), Repair Completion Time, Days Down, PDI Completion/Turnaround time.
- Learning agility.
- Willingness to take on more responsibility to learn and develop into management position.
- A self-starter with curiosity and desire to review processes and execute changes.
- Gain knowledge of company policies, protocols, and process.
- Verifiable track record of excellence in Customer Service.
- Willingness to assist on repairs on an as needed basis.
- Exceptional organization and the ability to drive continuous improvement in a fast-moving environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Advanced ability to use basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office as well as learn proprietary DMS software.
- Ability to travel on an as-needed basis, approximately 20%.
- Willingness to complete Lucid provided CPR training post hire.
- Valid driver license with no suspensions within the past year.
- Startup experience.
- Experience supporting Marketing, Brand & Sales events.
- Experience in luxury automobile repair environments.
- Fabrication experience.
- Ability to drive non-commercial truck and trailer.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- OEM Certified Master Technician.
- EPA 609 Certification.
- OEM Specific Technician Training.
- Automotive Technology/Technician Degree or equivalent experience.
