Your Role on Our Team:
The Transportation Clerk I is responsible for data entry and clerical activities in the department.
You’ll be DISRUPTIVE through these duties and responsibilities:
Create labels and sort orders- Accurately inputs data into the computer system
- Reconciles transactions, BOLs, and orders
- Creates labels and places them onto product
- Organizes files and paperwork
- Directs workflow to complete daily objectives
- Communicates with other departments and suppliers regarding returns and shipments
- Responsible for the overall organization and cleaning of the area
Performs other duties as assigned.
The TOOLS you’ll bring with you:
High School or GED diploma required- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Able to work independently
- Detail-oriented, multitasking skills, and team orientated
Working Conditions:
Manufacturing Plant
- Sitting for long periods
- Repetitive motion
- Able to work in various temperature conditions
- May be in a general office environment
- May need to travel to different buildings in the area as needed
