We are seeking a Data Entry Clerk / Customer Service Representative to support our TN Vector Transport broker team in providing our customers and carriers with World Class Service and accurate and timely information to ensure seamless pickup and delivery execution.
This is a full-time, on-premise role in Tupelo MS and will work 7am - 4pm, Monday – Friday.

Duties and Responsibilities:

· Help manage current customer accounts.

· Deal with a high volume of inbound and outbound phone calls.

· Enter a high volume of data accurately.

· Maintain relationships with carriers and customers.

· Provide exceptional service to customers and carriers.

· Solve customer and carrier problems and help resolve issues.

· Excellent multi-tasking skills within their work space as well as computer software programs.

· Be a professional representative of our company that other employees look up to.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education/Experience
· Minimum high school diploma required. Some college preferred but not required.

· Previous customer service or call center experience required.

· Logistics experience preferred but not required.

Mathematical Skills:
· Ability to calculate in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.

Reasoning Ability:

· Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.

Language Skills:
· Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.

· Ability to write simple correspondence.
