Warehouse Receiving Clerk

We are looking for a detail-oriented, hard-working Receiving Clerk with warehouse experience and excellent computer, math, and communication skills. Your responsibilities would include maintaining receiving and inventory records.

Successful clerks should have exceptional math and analytical skills, as well as written and verbal communication skills. Ideal candidates have warehouse experience, working knowledge of word processing, database and spreadsheet software, and a valid driver’s license.
Warehouse Receiving Clerk Responsibilities:

• Maintaining and updating records.
• Counting materials, equipment, merchandise, or supplies in stock.
• Reporting discrepancies between physical counts and computer records.
• Developing or improving upon inventory management procedures.
• Stocking and distributing supplies, equipment or merchandise.
• Compiling balance, price and cost reports.

Requirements:

• High school diploma.
• 1 year experience in shipping/receiving, inventory, or clerical positions.
• Ability to use computer programs to update counts and compile reports, such as spreadsheets, developing graphs and charts are part of this requirement.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects/responsibilities
• Experience with Excel, SAP, Word, Power Point
• Excellent math and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work extended hours.
• Forklift experience beneficial.

Job Types: Full-time, Temp-to-hire

Pay: From $14.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Overtime
