Position: Transition Academy Assistant Director, Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or BCaBA

Responsibilities:
- Assist young adults with autism in achieving their best adult life.
- Develop and periodically adjust behavior plans for students to ensure goal progress.
- Train direct support staff on behavior management, program systems, and procedures.
- Collaborate with the Transition Academy professor on classroom management and behavior in various settings.
- Work with the Director on client scheduling and programming.
- Ensure safety and welfare of clients and staff.
- Collaborate with leadership and external professionals to drive innovation.
- Advocate for students and promote our client's programs and mission.
Schedule:
- 40-hour work week with flexible hours.
- Weekend on-call rotation approximately every 3 weekends.
- Onsite in Denton/Little Elm.
Requirements:
- Passion for making a difference.
- Willingness to learn and work in a team.
- 2+ years of experience working with people with autism or neurodiversity (Required).
- Master's Degree (Required).
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or BCaBA (Required).
- Experience working with adults preferred.
- Commitment to consistent attendance, reliable transportation, and a valid driver's license.
