Job Description:
1. Registration & student database maintenance
2. Scheduling
3. Managing student progress
4. Bookkeeping & billing
5. Updating website, social media, and advertisements
6. Answering phones and receiving customers at the front desk, primarily Korean speaking customers
7. Performing other administrative tasks as assigned by directors
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's Degree Preferred
2. Fluency in Korean language required
3. Excellent communication skills & interpersonal skills
4. Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Drive
5. Prior front desk experience preferred
6. Graphic design and web design experience a plus
7. Organized, detail oriented, and good at multi-tasking
8. Must have own reliable transportation and be eligible to work in the US
Compensation:
Starting at $18 per hour (Compensation will be based on experience). For a part-time employee, the hours can be flexible.
