Teaching Assistants and Apprentices will support the lead teachers in the implementation of Core Knowledge curriculum. Subjects will include Language Arts, Mathematics (Singapore), History and Geography (American/World History and Geography), and Science.

Certification is not required to teach at any of the Great Hearts Academies. Great Hearts teachers demonstrate both a love for the breadth of the liberal arts, and a depth of knowledge in the subject area(s) they teach. Apprentice teachers may gain valuable experience in their role for a year before taking a lead position, provided they also attain a bachelor’s degree, which is required for any lead role.
