Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Develop comprehensive training programs that ensure our sales team's prowess and effectiveness, turning potential into performance.
  • Craft and execute robust training plans for new hires, making their transition into Empower's vibrant sales culture both seamless and empowering.
  • Lead invigorating sales training sessions, tailored for both newcomers and seasoned team members, designed to inspire and elevate sales acumen.
  • Create detailed coaching plans incorporating call feedback and role-playing scenarios, refining and enhancing sales techniques.
  • Collaborate closely with leadership to design and deliver training that aligns with Empower's strategic vision and sales excellence goals.
  • Develop and refine sales training materials and tools, ensuring they are impactful, engaging, and effective.
  • Contribute to the development of wide-ranging learning initiatives, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and growth.
  • Engage with Sales Leadership to identify and implement strategies for elevating sales performance across the board.
  • Maintain meticulous records of all sales-related training activities, ensuring compliance and consistent development.
  • Oversee course assignments through classroom and Learning Management System (LMS) platforms, enhancing the learning experience.
  • Participate in tailored call coaching sessions, providing individualized feedback and support to enhance team member skills.
  • Update and manage the knowledge database, ensuring all team members have access to the latest information and resources.
  • Proactively seek and implement new training opportunities, fostering an environment of relentless learning and development.
  • Assist team members in identifying and pursuing meaningful career development opportunities within Empower, fostering professional growth.
  • Oversee the EmpowerU SharePoint, ensuring it is a vibrant hub of up-to-date training resources and information.
  • Maintain the Empower Sales Team SharePoint, organizing and updating training materials to support team efficiency and success.
  • Ensure clear and impactful communication with all course participants and instructors, enhancing the learning experience.
  • Manage training content and schedules for new products or lines, ensuring smooth launches and knowledgeable teams.
  • Offer comprehensive support across various training initiatives, ensuring a cohesive and effective training ecosystem.
  • Work alongside Medical Affairs to develop authoritative product whitepapers and training content, enriching team knowledge.
  • Collaborate with other departments to provide comprehensive sales rep training on processes and systems, fostering cross-functional synergy.
  • Coordinate with leadership to schedule continuous training sessions with company experts, ensuring a vibrant learning environment.
  • Diligently identify and assess the training needs of the Sales Department and representatives, crafting targeted solutions.
  • Create and refine training videos, ensuring accessible and engaging learning materials for all team members.
  • Stay adept with all software used by the sales and marketing teams, ensuring seamless integration and utility.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Knowledge and Skills:
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Skills-Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
  • Proficiency in Salesforce CRM
  • Ability to operate office machines (ex: fax machine, copier, etc.).
  • Genuine interest in pharmaceutical products related to wellness, quality of life, and hormone therapies

Experience and Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED required, Bachelor’s degree Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Pharmaceuticals, Life Sciences, or Education) strongly preferred.
  • Applicants must have at least two years of sales experience in a healthcare or provider-related capacity, or at least two years of training experience.
  • Previous experience in sales or sales training preferred.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
