- Assist in the development, coordination, quality control, and support of a Human Resources training program related to Civil Rights.
- Strengthen OCR’s ability to take a leadership role in the development, coordination, oversight, and implementation of DEIA and EEO education across the Department
- Assist in the research necessary to organize, develop and revise a role-based Civil Rights training program.
- Assist in the scheduling, advertising, and launching of the training program, preparation of instructor and student materials (course outline, background material, training aids, course manuals, workbooks, handouts, completion certificates, and course critique forms).
- Prepare reports, resolve issues related to the courses and monitor training tasks in support of the goals of the OCR.
- Conduct the research necessary to develop and revise training courses.
- Develop and revise courses and prepare appropriate training catalogs.
- Prepare instructor materials (course outline, background material, and training aids).
- Prepare reports and monitor training tasks in support of the goals of the Contractor Program Manager and the government sponsor(s) using standard training standards and software and hardware programs such as modeling and simulation and prototyping efforts.
- Provide input to the Project Lead and the Contractor Program Manager on which decisions for training validation and or modifications of specified items or systems can be corrected.
