The Refinish Training Specialist,
- Delivers F2F training and Webcasts
- Provides functional guidance, goal setting and development of the Training instructors (if applicable).
- Works closely with other strategic team members to ensure consistent industry leading customer experience.
- Networks with the business, customers, and training teams to assess and deliver training according to their requirements.
- Ensures training data dashboard is maintained.
- Ensures consistency of training delivery using approved content.
- Creates and updates Training schedules in selected countries.
- Supports industry related events when appropriate.
- Contributes to Content Development as a SME
- Plans and Schedule Training activities for his/her region
- Plans and Performs Customer Demos
- Implements goals of the Training organization.
- Networks with national and regional training resources to ensure continual improvement of training delivery.
- Gathers classroom feedback and takes appropriate actions accordingly.
The Refinish Training Specialist is responsible for Security, Safety and Management of site/training facility. Contract Administration, POs, equipment maintenance, product inventory management/tracking as well as keeping the site clean. Responsible for ensuring that the training center meets all Axalta operating and branding standards.

Requirements
Proven Leadership skills
Minimum of 3 years of Industry knowledge and practical experience
Min 5 years Training experience
