Position Role Type:

This position is for an Financial Planning and Analysis professional. Executes financial analysis, research, budgets, and forecasts to support business plans. Responsible for developing analysis and projections and conducting small projects.

This role is On-Site in Winston-Salem, NC. Relocation assistance may be available.

Primary Responsibilities:

  •  Executes financial analysis, research, budgets, and forecasts to support business plans.
  • Reviews, analyzes and interprets financial and budgetary reports to develop observations and
  • preliminary recommendations.
  • Develops P& L, balance sheet and cash flow analysis and projections.
  • Develops analysis on budgets, forecasts, inventory, and / or sales margins.
  • Provides interpretation of financial data in spreadsheets, charts, and reports.
  • Audits financial practices to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations, laws and standards.
  • Conducts small-scale projects, completing ad hoc analysis.
  • Performs economic research and studies of rates of return, depreciation and investments.
  • Analyzes profit-and-loss income statements and prepares reports on findings to make budgeting and cost recommendations to management.
  • Generates forecasts and analyzes trends in sales, finance, operations, supply chain, programs,
  • engineering and other areas of business for financial and strategic planning purposes.
  • Researches economic progressions to assist the organization's financial planning.
  • Creates financial models of "what if" scenarios to help future business planning decisions in areas such as new product development and new marketing strategies.
  • Provides support for pricing and sales.
  • Develops and maintains financial information systems.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 9 years of relevant experience
  • U.S. Person (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, refugee or asylee) or eligible to obtain necessary export authorizations required https://www.ecfr.gov/current/title-22/chapter-I/subchapter-M/part-120/subpart-C/section-120.62

Preferred Qualifications:

  • General understanding of US GAAP
  • Utilized E1 (ERP Experience)
  • HFM Experience

Employee Referral Eligible

The salary range for this role is 77,000 USD - 163,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.Hired applicants may be eligible for benefits, including but not limited to, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, long-term disability, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, flexible work schedules, employee assistance program, Employee Scholar Program, parental leave, paid time off, and holidays.
