Therap Services, the national leader in online electronic health records and documentation for people with developmental disabilities is seeking an individual to fill the position of a Training & Implementation Specialist.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Develop a deep knowledge of the Therap software
- Manage new provider implementation activities, assisting clients with set-up decisions based on Therap knowledge, organize and conduct regular workgroup meetings throughout implementation and post go-live process, and serve as the lead trainer in all client training sessions
- Train and consult single and multi-state providers, families, self-advocates, and anyone else using Therap
- Provide support & guidance to service professionals across our customer base that uses the Therap software and guide them on utilization of the software using live customer support, via computer, and over the phone
- Work both independently and remotely as part of a diverse and dynamic national and multinational organization

Skills Required:
- Be an outstanding communicator, articulate, and fluid conversationalist with good decision-making capabilities
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.), web applications, and email clients
- Adapts quickly to customer needs to deliver a human and consultative support experience for our customers
- Find creative problem solving fulfilling & challenging
- Willingness to work flexible hours
Preferences:
- Experience working as a House Manager or equivalent in the developmental disability field
- Must have experience of using Therap applications
- Interest in computers, social media, developmental disabilities, marketing, teaching, traveling, public speaking, and presenting
