The PMO Squad is seeking an experienced Scrum Master for a minimum 6-month contract assisting with our Client's Agile Transformation. Scrum Master candidates should be experienced in delivering value to customers in an agile environment, able to excel in Client's program and product space, and are able to motivate cross functional teams toward positive outcomes.
Position: 6-month contract (possible extension)
Pay: $65-$80/hr.
Location: Remote (some domestic travel may be required); Candidates must reside in one the lower 48 states of the U.S.

- Excellent communication and organization
- Ability to scale teams
- Understanding of scrum of scrums
- Able to work with different areas of the organization at the pace of those areas and the overall organization.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and across verticals.
Experience:
- Prior experience successfully leading transformational scrum teams
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience leading and working in an Agile environment
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience working in product/program management
- Must have high level of EQ and soft skills
The ideal candidate(s) will be open, adaptive, but stern in personality and are willing to utilize a variety of processes and methodologies that fit the team.
