SalaryForestry Equipment Service Department seeks full-time service writer to join our team. Excellent work ethic and strong interpersonal skills required. Compensation based on experience. Medical and dental benefits available. Please submit resume.
Duties will include:
- open/close repair orders
- answer service calls
- submit oil samples
- collect payments for repair orders
- direct mechanics when needed
- file any paperwork needed (repair orders, warranty claims submitted)
- anything the service manager would need assistance with
