Insurity's Next Data Implementation Specialist
As a Data Implementation Specialist, you will play a vital role in the successful delivery of solutions to our customers. Our Data Implementation Specialists do this by supporting the execution of file updates for rates, forms, and location data. If you have P & C insurance experience, this is an opportunity to use your skills in a new and exciting way.
What our Data Implementation Specialist Will Do
- Develop and translate Rate and Forms Table updates.
- Collaborate with team members to determine business requirements including analyzing circulars to determine system impact.
- Participate in business requirement walkthroughs and specification inspections.
- Maintain and improve Rates, Forms manuals/documents.
- Develop trusted relationships with internal and external customers.
- Provide leadership on large/complex development/bureau projects.
- Work with Line of Business Manager, Project Manager, Customer Success Manager, etc. on issue resolution for project and/or the customer account issues.
- Conduct complex root cause analysis on Rates and Forms data entry issues and identify and implement work quality improvements.
- Suggest new tools or workflows to improve operational efficiency.
- Utilize effective methods and techniques to satisfy quality and timeliness commitments.
- Analyze problem requests and data entry issues reported by customers and process corrections.
- Provide leadership, coaching, and mentorship to team members and offshore Rates and Forms Implementation Specialists.
- Lead the planning, organization, and coordination of team member activities by estimating scope of assignments and developing work schedules and project plans.
- Act as Rates and Forms Subject Matter Expert for training and product expertise, including formal presentations as requested.
- Work directly with internal & external customers to identify and resolve problems during testing.
- Lead or provide direction in special projects as assigned.
- Stay up-to-date on industry and job related trends and best practices, including reading relevant publications, articles, blogs, etc.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree in related field (equivalent work experience may be considered)
- 4+ years' experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

We continuously analyze and update our salary ranges for our roles according to market trends to not only ensure our employees are paid fairly, but also help close gender, race, and disability wage gaps. Along with the benefits listed above, the salary range for this role is $60,000 to $103,000, commensurate with experience.
