Essential Functions:
- Serve internal employee customers in a friendly and helpful way on behalf of the Human Resources team.
- Track employee training progress about new and continuous development training.
- Selects or develops training aids, including handbooks, demonstration models, multimedia visual aids, computer tutorials, and reference works.
- Coordinates facilitators/trainers to deliver group and individual instruction and training covering various technical, operational, or management areas (in-person or virtually).
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training and development programs and utilize relevant evaluation data to revise or recommend changes in instructional objectives and methods.
- Maintain, file, and enter employee training skills, licenses, and certifications physically and virtually.
- Collaborates with department leadership in analyzing and assessing employee training and development needs.
- Coordinate with third-party instructors to ensure training is conducted on time.

- Ability to determine training objectives.
- Organizing and coordinating skills.
- Ability to design, develop, implement, and evaluate training plans, curricula, and methodology.
- Skill in preparing instructional aids and plans.
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office Skills (PowerPoint, Word, and Excel)
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) (Preferred)
- Experience with Google Suite
- Experience or interest in manufacturing
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or background or previous experience in training and/or safety required
