BRUCKNER LEASING POSITION SUMMARY
The position's primary responsibility is to assist the Leasing and Rental Managers in daily management of the rental fleet and to build strong relationships with our current and new customers.

BRUCKNER LEASING POSITION SUMMARY
The position's primary responsibility is to assist the Leasing and Rental Managers in daily management of the rental fleet and to build strong relationships with our current and new customers.
Basic Responsibilities:
Including but not limited to the following:
Marketing
- Initiate "Cold Calling", "Direct Mail", "Sales Blitz" and "Telemarketing" systems to promote Contract Maintenance, Rental and Lease product lines.
- Utilize proper sales techniques to solve customer problems and manage conflict.
Customer Management
- Effectively communicate, influence and interact with all types of customers, vendors and co-workers.
- Understand cost control and what it takes to be a part of a profitable business.
- Deliver superior customer service.
- Maintain current customers' needs and promote the Bruckner name and philosophy in a positive manner.
Fleet/Maintenance
- Utilize Emconex to effectively complete rental check in & check out; lease returns
- Learn to effectively identify damaged units and facilitate their repair with Service
- Assist with PM compliance including making calls to customers to set up service in cooperation with the service department.
- Help coordinate truck moves between locations
Administration
- Perform daily lot checks and inspect equipment that is on the yard.
- Work closely with Service to ensure units are QC' d promptly and made ready for the next customer
- Create & Close rental contracts and administer so the customer is not left waiting.
- Assist in gathering fuel receipts/trip reports for IFTA filing
- Contact customers for mileage readings for weekly and/or monthly billing
- Collect unit specific information from BTS for in-servicing
Other Duties:
The Rental Coordinator performance is measured on the following criteria:
- Achieves a high degree of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Continue growth through Navigator training on Monthly basis.
- Partners with and works well with all departments in the Dealerships.
- Brings solutions and recommendations for problem issues.
- Protects and enhances the business reputation of Bruckner's.
- Enhances personal qualifications.
- Accepts responsibility, is reliable and dependable.
- Willingly accepts direction.
- Provides timely reports as required.
- Maintain a sense of urgency in matters that require it.
- Pays attention to detail in all paperwork, i.e., contracts, schedules, expense reports, etc.
- CDL is preferred & will be required upon hiring if applicant does not possess one.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required
