SUMMARY
Support the Sr. Training Specialist and Employee Relations Manager as needed with planning, scheduling, and facilitating of companywide training.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Create, approve, and confirm the Banquet Events Orders for scheduled trainings.
Secure training and event locations as needed.
Maintain the HR Training Room calendar, send invites to participants and presenters.
Schedule interpreters for new hire orientations or other assignments as needed.
Support Training Specialist and Guest Service Facilitators with room setup for scheduled trainings.
Maintain Back of House messaging (CastNet).
Manages and maintains the Learning Management System (Percipio).
Maintain inventory of training materials and supplies.
Work with the Training Specialist on creating training schedules for facilitators.
Work closely with outside consultants to schedule training as needed.
Work independently with little supervision.
Ability and willingness to work outside regular business hours, such as evenings and weekends as needed.
Comfortable speaking in front of team members.
Must be a team player and demonstrate the ability to interact effectively with coworkers, team members and public.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
This job does not have any supervisory responsibilities.
QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
One year related experience or training. Must have a minimum of two year's experience working with MS Office.
Age Requirements
Must be at least 21 years of age.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, and percentages.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
