Capgemini is looking for a Retail POS Lead in Grand Rapids, MI with overall proven experience working on Retail Point of Sale IBM/Toshiba 4690 Application SurePOS ACE.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Point-of-Sale Expertise: In-Depth knowledge of Retail POS systems and its environment such as electronic payments and servers.
- Strong Analytical Abilities and Problem Solving capabilities
- Ensuring Sales Accuracy, support for Sales Audit, systems integration, Testing and Business coordination.
- Understanding of InStore Accounting, Time and Attendance, Labor Scheduling, Direct Store Delivery, Perishable Inventory, and In-Store Ordering.
- Ability to provide IBM 4690 POS interfacing/programming consultation to customers.
- Hands on development experience in C++ and scripting, able to create interfaces as required using TCP/IP
- Knowledgeable on In-Store Accounting and Loss Prevention, POS Hardware and Software Systems
- Ability to package the software, schedule rollouts and provide support post rollout
- Create SOPs and knowledge management
- IBM SurePOS ACE Electronic Payment Support (EPS)
- IBM Store Integrator Graphical User Interface (GUI)
- ICEsoft AS e-Lite Browser
- IBM 4690 Operating System (OS)
- IBM Data Integration Facility
- Store Integration Framework
