Job Description
Cintas is seeking a Compliance Specialist Lead to help oversee and analyze all functions related to audit readiness and policy compliance for shared services and supported locations. This position will be responsible for:
• Understanding all system and process related to the compliance critical areas of the business.
• Facilitating and conducting recurring audit readiness reviews to ensure compliance.
• Working closely with various levels of leadership and accounting to communicate audit findings.
• Providing coverage when Supervisor is out of office.
• Performing quality audits to ensure partners are following policies and procedures.
• Identifying partner growth opportunities, internal communication needs, and process improvements.
• Providing regular feedback and identifying opportunities for improvement in related areas of the business.
Skills/Qualifications
Required
• 1+ years' relevant business experience
• High School Diploma/GED; Bachelor's Degree preferred
Preferred
• 3+ years’ of relevant business experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) and intranet/internet.
• Experience with proofreading and editing documents.
