What you will do:

• Maintaining the file room
• Title Audits
• Saving lien information to our computer system
• Direct communication with dealerships and DMV offices for title follow-ups
• Lien releases
• Responding to title related calls and e-mails.

Things that will help you succeed:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Must be able to thrive in a team environment but work independently
• Must be a self-starter
• Must be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in customer service/call centers will be given preference
• Spanish speaking is a plus
