Preferred applicants will have PRIOR LARGE-VOLUME AUTO DEALERSHIP (150+ monthly transactions) EXPERIENCE of at least 2 years or similar experience.
Job Duties:
- Post, process and track all dealer trade transactions including MCO transfer and payment.
- Post, process and track all wholesale transactions including title transfer, securing proper lien release, POA, etc. and related payments.
- Prompt and frequent follow-up on outstanding title issues with various customers, state title agencies, wholesalers and other dealers.
- Assist with weekly accounting office schedule review.
- Assist with developing processes and internal inspection procedures to insure prompt and efficient title processing.
- Assist with monthly state report filing.
- Cross-train for other accounting office functions to be able to assist co-workers as work-load dictates.
- Other duties as assigned by Controller.
- Maintain high level of confidentiality.
Position is M-F, 8 am – 5 pm. We offer a competitive salary based on experience and benefits after eligibility period.
