Who You Are:
You are looking for an internship role that will give you real-world, hands-on work experience. A role that will give you a glimpse at what it takes to build and scale an emerging brand at retail in a fast-paced and competitive marketplace. You are someone with a hunger to learn, who works well with a team, and who has a "we" (not "me") mindset. 

The Task At Hand:
We are looking to hire a talented, self-motivated individual for an internship that will support the Brand Marketing team, reporting to the Brand Manager, Kids. This position works collaboratively across the different marketing functions, R&D, and the sales team to provide support in market research, consumer insights and analysis, reporting, and general administration. 

In This Role, You Will:
         Leverage available resources to bring solution-based insights to both internal and external stakeholders
         Work with Brand Marketing and R&D Team on innovation support needs such as market research, and store audits, staying informed on new products in the natural foods and kids' space
         Work directly with the consumer tasting panel and support sample coordination
         Analyze new product and campaign performance by leveraging data sources such as SPINS and Numerator

Must Haves:
         Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate school program, or a recent graduate of the following majors: Business, Communications, or Liberal Arts preferred
         Required to be available up to, but no more than 30 hours per week, Monday through Friday
         Demonstrated leadership and teamwork experience
         Genuinely passionate about improving childhood nutrition for a healthier and happier planet
         Strategic thinker and problem solver with strong communication skills
         Solid knowledge of Microsoft Suite, Outlook, Slack, and other professional platforms
         Up to 10% travel required: Although this role is a remote work-from-home position, we "Farmers" do meet as a company and/or as a department a few times a year. Anticipate possible travel up to a few times each quarter
         Desire to contribute to a dynamic high-growth, purpose-driven work environment
         Must reside in the United States to be considered for this position
         Please note that visa sponsorship is not available for this position
 
Compensation:
         $22 per hour
         Six-month paid part-time internship with an opportunity to extend
         Duration Estimate: March 2024 - September 2024
