National Transportation company located in Mesa, Arizona is looking for a Title Clerk that will handle information regarding motor vehicle title and registration processes. Vehicle Title Clerks are administratively adept and organized with handling files and maintaining documents.
This position will also be responsible for all aspects of select clients, to include processing, invoicing, customer service, and other duties assigned. Overtime may be required.
The ideal candidate has 6 months or more of Title Clerk Experience
There is a lot of room for growth within the organization.
The shift is Monday to Friday 7am to 3:30pm and is paying $17/hr
**Responsibilities:**
- Maintain accurate store logs for title and registration tracking.
- Stay informed about DMV laws and regulations pertaining to vehicle titles.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable state regulations in the company's title and registration work.
- Prepare and verify necessary paperwork for submission to county tax offices.
- Resolve customer complaints in a friendly and courteous manner.
- Collaborate with the team on daily processing of title and registration transactions.
- Handle all aspects of select clients, including processing, invoicing, customer service, and other assigned duties.
- Be open to occasional overtime as needed.
**Qualifications:**
- Recent Title Clerk experience preferred.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized.
- General accounting experience or proficiency with numbers.
- Computer skills, including MS Excel, MS Word, and RTS (preferred).
- Excellent communication, interaction, and telephone skills.
- Dependable and punctual with a supportive team spirit.
- Strong data entry experience.
