Work Days Thursday-Monday, Days Off Tuesday-Wednesday
Weekdays 8am-5pm, Weekends 9am-6pm
Duties including but not limited to:
- Perform all check-in and check-out tasks
- Manage reservations through software
- Communicate with customers regarding reservations, payments, and other matters
- Assist customers with any issues in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain up-to-date records of bookings and customer information
- Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure all rooms are clean and ready for arrivals
- Coordinate with maintenance staff to ensure work orders are addressed timely
- Assist manager with other tasks as needed
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
