Governance and Experience (GNE) is a global team responsible for ensuring our marketplace is safe and trustworthy for not only users, but also sellers and creators. We value user satisfaction and work on policies, rules and systems to ensure quality. We are looking for a strong leader who can take our Policy Education Programs to the next level.
What You'll Do
- Build an Education Program roadmap across all business pillars by auditing current practice, identifying critical gaps and problem solving.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive education go to market process covering content creation, content distribution and measurement.
- Lead a team of education managers ensuring effective educational content and outreach; give day-to-day directions as well as guide them for continuous growth in their capabilities and skillsets.
- Be the voice of the sellers and creators! Remain up-to-date on key workflow changes, operational guidelines, platform policy updates, and enforcement standards to champion Policy Education frameworks.
- Build a system to curate and maintain all educational assets for internal and external audiences.
- Establish partnerships with global cross-functional teams to build, standardize, and optimize the overall process Policy Education workstreams.
- Be on the look out for new content creation and learning tools that we should adopt.
Who We're Looking For
- Bachelor's Degree or above
- 7+ years of experience in platform governance, e-commerce, or educating sales team is required
- Familiar with e-commerce compliance requirements and internet governance management, with a certain level of business sensitivity and risk awareness
- Excellent coordination and communication skills across cross-functional teams to build plans and projects
- Ability to maintain composure in critical situations and communicate clearly with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Passionate, self-driven, and curious to learn and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong strategic thinking ability and able to propose complex solutions and clear explanations in writing
- Able to coordinate a wide array of internal and external resources to obtain, process, and operationalize information and develop a strategy
- International experience in the e-commerce industry is preferred

Job Information
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $139560 - $256500 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
