Responsibilities
- As ADI's Sales Data Lead, you will be responsible for leading the modernization, accessibility, and connectivity of ADI's Sales Data.
- Partner with the Global Customer organization to understand their data and analytics needs and develop a strategy and data architecture to address them.
- Work with our sales teams to collect, secure, and syndicate their data to enable new analytics, AI/ML applications, and business process optimization.
- Guide the expansion of our data products and solutions by advising and influencing business leaders and senior stakeholders with data-driven insights.
- Drive cross-domain data connectivity by working with Manufacturing, Finance, and Engineering to integrate the Sales Data strategy into a cohesive corporate strategy.
- Build scalable data models, drive data ownership, and set up data engineering practices and pipelines to deliver robust, high-quality data products.
- Work with AI/ML teams to enable fast experimentation and deployment of AI solutions, both within sales and across the enterprise.
- Communicate the value of data clearly by articulating both the high-level concept and detailed user stories for feature enhancements and convince teams to adopt data-driven improvements.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in engineering, including 5+ years working in data engineering or data management.
- 5+ years leading technical teams and managing complex data projects and pipelines.
- Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience with large-scale sales processes and the associated data and analytics challenges. Experience in the semiconductor space is a plus.
- Deep knowledge data ownership, data catalogs, master data management, and unstructured data management (e.g., images, text, etc.).
- Experience defining and managing data products, including ownership of data products through their entire lifecycle.
- Experience with modern data and analytics tech stacks.
- A confident influencer with strong communication skills who quickly establishes credibility and is capable of leading cross-functional teams.
