Governance and Experience is a global team responsible for ensuring our marketplace is safe and trustworthy for not only users, but also sellers and creators. We value user satisfaction and work on policies, rules and systems to ensure quality.
Responsibilities:
- Be responsible for technical writing and developing high-quality, user-centered standard operating procedures to ensure our policies and associated requirements are clear and concise.
- Create, publish, and maintain policy and procedure information on internal channels with leaders and stakeholders.
- Interact with stakeholders, including policy owners, legal and business teams to refine content in adherence with standards.
- Set standards for content creation and engage with Product Management teams to create and improve policy accuracy and efficiency.
- Continuously refine and iterate policy-related materials based on accuracy and efficiency metrics.
- Partner with internal stakeholders in strategies and operations to develop effective training materials.
- Bachelor's degree or above with 3+ years as a Technical Writer, editor, or content strategist.
- Experience managing content projects coordinating with other teams, and working in public policy in consumer-facing, technology or logistics field.
- Impeccable grammar and proofreading skills. Relevant policy development experience is a plus, e.g. within corporate governance functions.
- Able to coordinate a wide array of internal and external resources to obtain, process, and operationalize information and develop strategy.
- Excels in fast-paced, high-pressure situations and thrives on the energy of work settings.

Job Information
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $88920 - $152000 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
