Manifest Solutions is currently seeking a Tier 2 Service Desk Technician for a position in New Albany, OH.
- 1 -3 years of hands on experience
- Provide superior customer service, accurately logging tickets, and effectively transitioning and escalating unresolved problems.
- Troubleshoot hardware/software incidents reported in to the Service Desk
- Familiarity with Microsoft operating systems, Apple iOS, Microsoft Office, and Microsoft desktop applications.
- Strong problem-solving and logical thinking skills, able to absorb and relate to new technical concepts quickly and build on knowledge learned.
- Willing to grow into more responsibilities in the role as experience is gained
